This year we didn't make our annual visit to the pumpkin patch as a family but the girls and I went with Halli's preschool. We went to The Farm this time and we got to go through a big hay maze and down a big slide at the end, we got to see lots of cute baby animals, and pet little baby kitties! After seeing the animals we took a wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch where the girls both got to choose a pumpkin! Boy...was it hard picking out just one perfect pumpkin! What a fun day!!

{Fall Photos--Oct. '09}
I took these pictures at a cool little farm up the road! Glad I did, they are planning to tear down some of the barns and move the others to different locations! They are really old and have lots of character! Does anyone else find it almost impossible to get a good shot of all your kiddos?!!
{Grandma Linda Visits--Oct. '09}
The Millers always love to have visitors. Even if they come because we tell them it's been awhile, don't you think it's time you come see us!! Thanks for the visit Grandma!!

{A day of Firsts--Sept. '09}
It was a time of firsts around our house in September! It was Jaden's first year of full day school in the 1st grade, Halli started dance lesson for the first time, and she also started her first year of preshool!! Jaden loves school and is lucky to have his Kindergarten teacher he had last year. She was asked to teach first grade and he was thrilled!! Halli is in love with dance. She can't wait to go each week!!! She looks so cute in her little pink leotard, tights, and ballets (we did have to get a tutu)! Halli also started preschool! She had been asking for months if she could go to school and ride the bus like Jaden. I didn't start Jaden until he was older but she wanted to go so bad and asked every day, so I signed her up and she loves it! Her teachers are great and she has a blast!! And Ragen, it's a first that she gets to have me to herself for a few hours a few days a week! I had to add this picture of her! On our day of firsts, she came to me wearing my shoes, carrying my camera and said, "cheese"! She wanted her picture taken too! Made me smile!!

{Fun on the Ranch--Aug.09}
The kids always have a blast while out on the farm! Jaden keeps entertained with the 4-wheeler, Grandpa, Tuffy, tree swing, and his cousins. Halli loves to jump, swing, play on the slide, swim in the pool, loves the freedom! Oh...I can not forget Connor, she loves and adores her cousin Connor!! She says he is her best friend. She talks about him constantly and tells everyone about her cousin and best friend Connor! Too cute!! Ragen, well...she wants to love Tuffy dog, and is getting a little more comfortable around him, she loves to swing, play on the slide, swim in the pool, and smile at Gma & Gpa!! They all go strong all day, and when bed time comes, all three are tuckered right out!!

{Utah summer fun--Aug. '09}
The kids had a blast playing in the water at Gateway! I believe this was our first time playing in the water! One thing...water can always entertain!! We also went to Cherry Hills again this year, and the kids had so much fun in the lazy river and going down the little kiddie slide! Ragen was even enjoying herself! She didn't want to float in her floaty around the river she just wanted to jump in and go! It has taken the older two a bit to take to the water but Ragen would just jump in if you let her! You would think she would just float!! Love ya my little sumo!!

{Ten Year Anniversary---Maui, August '09}
For a good year Justin and I had been talking about going somewhere fun for our 10 yr. Anniversary, but for some reason, in the back of my head I was telling myself that it probably wouldn't really happen. The reason...three young kids, the youngest being 1! Who would want to watch three kids?!! The closer it got to summer the more serious I knew Justin was about going. I was still nervous about the thought of leaving my kids with someone for a whole week. Yes it sounded nice, but I would miss them, right?! Well, I finally decided to run it by my mom and she was more than willing to watch the girls and then I talked to my mother-in-law and she was more than willing to take Jaden! We were set, but I was still concerned about leaving them! The time came, we drove the kiddos to Utah, stayed a few days, then Justin and I headed to Maui! It was incredible! I missed the kids, but enjoyed myself and the time I got to spend with my husband. I have to admit, it was soooo nice not to hear the word "mom" every 5 seconds!! Does that sound bad? Funny thing, Justin started missing the kids before I did! We had such a great relaxing time, but it was also good to be back with the kids! The kids did great, sleeping and all! My mom claims the girls were angels, I beg to differ on that one. Why doesn't that happen when I'm around! That's just how it goes, I hear!!
